| Preparation |

In most cases no groundwork is necessary. A PARS ramp is supported on 300mm square slabs. PARS fitters can carry out levelling of ground if necessary (usually in one day). |

No! in fact considerable extra cost would be incurred in the event the ramp is no longer required, in addition there would be the cost of re-instating the property. |

Because of their modular design PARS ramps are recyclable and can be quickly removed by PARS at low cost. The ramp can then be installed elsewhere or stored by us until required. |

Concrete surfaces accumulate ice and snow creating a safety hazard. Concrete is not good for natural drainage of surface water. Usually concrete ramps and platforms are the same colour. |

Ice and snow are less likely to accumulate on PARS unique marine mini-mesh grating. Melted snow and ice will drain through the mesh holes and onto the ground underneath. PARS ramps and platforms are contrasting colours as recommended by the regulations. |
