Modular Staircase Systems
We have developed a modular external staircase system. Platforms are made up of standard modules 1200 x 1200 mm; 1200 x 400 mm; 1200 x 800 mm; 800 x 400 mm. These are the standard sizes but any size can be manufactured by us. The platforms are supported on braced welded ‘flat pack’ legs (for ease of storage and transport to site) which are cross braced with bolt-on members.
Telescopic feet are also provided for fine height adjustment.
Steps are 1200 mm wide as standard (other widths available) with 280 mm going and 170 mm solid risers. Extra steps can be bolted in as required to suit undulating sites. Platform flooring and step treads are slip resistant fibre glass with drainage holes. (solid slip resistant fibre glass can be fitted if required).
‘Warm to touch’ handrailing and balustrading are fitted all round (double handrails are available). All mild steel items are hot zinc sprayed.
